Please use the card that you and/or the party will be paying with, or have each person enter their own info with their credit card number. (HSA Cards are accepted.)
A waiver will be sent to all new and old clients to be filled out before arrival.
We will need everyone’s individual and accurate information when booking. At this time, everyone will need to login and book individually, and add extra notes in the Special Requests box if needed. Credit card will not hold if not book appropriately.

Cash Tips are encouraged and appreciated.
Please understand if you need to use a different form of payment other than the one you booked with, please call 801-708-7888 and let us know so that we can put the info in before your appointment. If you have a Gift Certificate please type the code in the notes and we will attach it to your appointment for you.

When Booking online your start time may change in either direction to help accommodate the therapist and so other clients will have the ability to get in.
The door will remain locked during business hours. Open by appointments only.
Gift Certificates can be purchased online.
Please come to the door 5 min before your appointment and ring the bell.
Not all Services are available through the online Booking.
Payment Info
When Booking online a Credit Card is required to do so (HSA cards work too).
If you would like to pay with Cash please bring exact change. We do not keep change in the office.
If you have a Gift Certificate, please type the code in the text box when booking your appointment and we will gladly apply it for you.
If you have any Question or need to change payment type, please call before your appointment to do so.
